Club Assistant - Hamilton/Waikato

Role Overview We are looking for energetic, positive Club Assistants to support people reach their health and exercise goals by creating and maintaining a friendly and welcoming club culture. Working Hours Flexible, 'as and when required' basis. Available shifts within club staffed hours: Mon 10am-7pm, Tue-Thu 12pm-7pm, Sat 8am-11am. Responsibilities Drive an exceptional member experience and build key stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses. Assist in delivery of agreed new membership sales and growth regularly, reporting to Regional Performance Manager. Maintain a positive club culture by engaging in key events and promotions. Perform regular in-club operations tasks: keep areas clean and hygienic, schedule equipment and club repairs. Qualifications NZ citizen, resident, or holder of a work visa with no restrictions for 12 months. Current First Aid certificate covering CPR and defibrillation (NZQA unit standards 6401/6402) or willingness to obtain one. Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined with excellent customer service skills and sales focus. Positive can‑do attitude, enjoys working with people.
