About The Role Reporting to a Vineyard Manager, this role is in the vineyards where the journey of our award-winning wine begins, you would be responsible for daily duties that bring us quality year after year : machine operation and caring for our vineyards. Crafting your Journey Following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting, etc. Supervision of seasonal workers Mulching, spraying, trimming, plucking, and general maintenance of the vines Trellis and irrigation maintenance Harvest operations Your Grape Qualities Ready for a change and keen to join the Wine Industry with a company that can fast track your development. A team player with a can‑do attitude. Experience in vineyards or in a similar industry is preferred but not essential; Growsafe, first aid and onsite training is provided. Seasonal work (harvest, spraying, frost fighting, etc.) may require flexibility of hours or shift work. A current driver’s license.
