Salary up to $120,000 Work alongside senior leadership Exposure to a diverse portfolio of developments Supportive team and long-term career opportunities 24 month fixed term An opportunity has become available for an experienced Development Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in projects from feasibility through to completion. This is a commercially focused position, ideally suited to a Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial management experience. What you'll bring Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar Strong Quantity Surveying background (preferred) Proven commercial management experience (essential) Experience preparing project feasibilities, budgets and cashflow forecasts Experience on projects valued at $50M+ (essential) Strong knowledge of NZ construction contracts and procurement Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Highly regarded Developer-side experience Construction funding and lender reporting experience Experience with commercial, residential or mixed-use developments Estate Master, Argus or Power BI experience If you're looking to move into a role where you'll influence projects from concept through to delivery, I'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
