About the role As a Quality Systems Officer you will work as part of a tight-knit team, supporting colleagues across NZBS with all matter around our Quality Management System (QMS). You will also contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our system and service and you will be involved in the development and implementation of a new QMS. Key components of the role Support managers and teams across the organisation around the QMS, including managing access, training new starters and offering guidance on processes and functions. Ensuring efficient and correct storage and processing of documents in the QMS as per process and policy. Involvement in developing and implementing a new electronic Quality Management System. Supporting NZBS projects and change processes with any quality systems requirements. About you Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who will grow and improve our business processes. You will be comfortable working with people across all levels and areas of the organisation. Tertiary qualification or 3-4 years administration experience in a regulated environment or within a quality management system. Strong proactive communicator with good customer service skills and motivation to help others. Excellent organisational skills, with methodical thinking, great attention to detail and ability to detect small deviation in process or documents. Ability to keep work moving in a high-volume environment by prioritising, managing competing interests, and ensuring service is delivered on time.
