Job Description
LBP Carpenter Looking for your next carpentry role with consistent work, weekly pay, and a great team? We're seeking experienced LBP Carpenters to join residential and commercial projects across Hamilton and the surrounding areas . Whether your expertise is in structural framing, concrete formwork, or finishing work, you'll be involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects, from the early stages through to project completion. Start Date: Immediate Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour | Weekly Pay What's on Offer? Weekly pay. Ongoing residential and commercial construction projects. Work alongside experienced crews on well-managed sites. Consistent work with reputable companies. Support from the Tradestaff team throughout your assignment. Key Responsibilities Carry out structural and general carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects. Complete framing, formwork, fit‑outs, and finishing work. Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and install timber and other building materials. Assist with concrete formwork and structural work where required. Work alongside site managers and other trades to meet project deadlines. Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety. Assist with general site duties as required. What We're Looking For NZ Trade Qualified Carpenter with a current LBP or equivalent experience. Experience working on residential and/or commercial construction projects. Ability to confidently read and interpret plans and drawings. Own tools and reliable transport. Site Safe Passport preferred. EWP, Working at Heights, or other relevant tickets are advantageous. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to producing quality workmanship. Strong commitment to health and safety. Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test. Why Work with Tradestaff?
