Supervisor/Foreperson – Contracting Location: Nelson – Full Time Overview Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor/Foreperson to join our high‑performing Contracting team in Nelson. The role involves leading a team, delivering work within scope, and coordinating people, plant and materials. Key Responsibilities Manage a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors and the public on all sites. Co‑ordinate resources to safely and efficiently complete planned work. Supervise projects in a profitable and efficient manner, ensuring the highest quality standards. Provide on‑site leadership and effective service delivery with customers and stakeholders. Encourage growth and development of team and crews. Perform any other duties or projects reasonably requested. Qualifications Current class1 licence. Current class2 & W, T, R endorsements (advantage but not essential; full training will be provided). First aid certificate. Leadership experience in a construction environment (advantage).
