Randstad is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to immediately step into an on-site, full-time contract in Wellington. You will own Employment Relations, oversee HR administrative workflows, and mentor our HR Coordination team during a period of active restructure. You will partner with external advisors, drive compliant HR processes, and manage high-volume documentation while ensuring accuracy and security in SharePoint and payroll liaison.
