We’re looking for Managers who thrive in complexity and want to make a real impact supporting the most intricate organization in the country. This role is based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) Lead work packages independently, ensuring high-quality delivery, alignment with client expectations, and measurable value and outcomes for clients and the communities they serve. Identify, scope, plan, budget, and deliver complex transformation work packages, effectively managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and resources throughout the engagement lifecycle. Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex, large-scale transformation initiatives Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government / healthcare clients Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teams Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
