Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in our HQ office involves supporting civil infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with pipeline installation, trenchless works, hydro excavation activities, and PE welding tasks in line with project specifications and safety standards. The role will require operating or supporting the operation of specialized plant and equipment, maintaining work sites to a high standard, and collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and field crews. The Job Title will help ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to environmental and health and safety requirements, while contributing to a positive team culture and clear communication on site. The position may also involve basic documentation, reporting of site progress, and participation in toolbox meetings and ongoing training. Qualifications Experience or strong interest in civil construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects, particularly within water, wastewater, and stormwater environments. Familiarity with pipeline installation, trenchless methods (e.g., directional drilling, pipe jacking, pipe bursting), hydro excavation, or PE welding. Strong teamwork and communication abilities, with reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to on-site tasks. Proven computer skills and able to slot straight into the role with no training, master of Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
