About the Role We’re looking for a positive and enthusiastic Drive Thru Team Member to join our busy Petone Drive Thru team. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them get the right products quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Delivering exceptional customer service to Trade and DIY customers Providing technical product information and advice Picking, loading, and replenishing stock Maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑organised Drive Thru area Working efficiently in a high‑volume environment Qualifications A positive attitude and strong customer focus Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift, carry, and move stock Customer service experience (preferred but not essential) A valid full New Zealand Driver Licence Forklift (F) endorsement and OSH Forklift Certificate (preferred, or willingness to obtain) An interest in learning about building materials and products Strong awareness of Health & Safety and safe work practices Confidence using IT systems Schedule We are looking for a Part time Team Member to fill our Monday and Saturday shifts.
