Connect strategy to delivery by translating strategic direction, customer insight and identified performance opportunities into a coherent pipeline of channel improvements that can inform planning and delivery. Provide authoritative advice to specialists, delivery teams, governance groups and senior leaders on digital channel development priorities, communicating the evidence, implications and trade-offs clearly. About you – Mōu We are looking for someone with significant experience guiding the planned development of complex digital services across a large and changing environment. The ability to use performance information, customer insight and operational knowledge to identify opportunities and support well-informed investment decisions. Experience influencing how change is prioritised, sequenced and delivered so that investment creates sustainable capability and supports future development. The ability to bring together competing perspectives, make dependencies and trade-offs visible, and build support for a coherent direction.
