As a Consultant in our Reward team, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and senior leaders to help organisations make better decisions about how they reward, motivate and retain their people. From executive and director remuneration through to incentive design, pay reviews and market benchmarking, you'll gain exposure to some of the most complex and interesting people challenges facing organisations today. This role is ideally suited to early‑career professionals who are curious, analytical and eager to build consulting skills while developing deep expertise in a specialist area of HR. This position is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office. Our roles may be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll develop a strong foundation in reward consulting while helping deliver practical and commercially focused solutions for clients across a wide range of industries. Support reward and remuneration engagements, including market benchmarking, remuneration reviews, incentive design and reward strategy projects. Analyse remuneration and workforce data to identify trends, generate insights and help clients make informed decisions. Build your capability in modelling, data analysis and problem‑solving while contributing to high‑quality client deliverables. Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for a range of stakeholders, including HR leaders, executive teams and boards. We're looking for curious and analytical individuals who enjoy working with data, solving complex business challenges and learning new skills. A bachelor's degree – while Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline are of interest to us, we welcome applicants from all disciplines with strong academic achievement. Up to 2 years’ relevant experience in human resources, consulting, analytics, finance, professional services or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including confidence working with data and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
