Job Description

Job Context The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for successful implementation and training of the Simpro Group suite of products to new and existing clients, using consistent and effective training methods. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, tailored product training to a broad range of clients across various industries; Own challenges and create workflow solutions to enhance customers’ use of Simpro; Lead online workshops covering standard workflows for client groups; Engage with and support clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources to onboard the product successfully; Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout implementation; Monitor client progress and take a proactive approach to support evolving needs; Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new releases; Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption for clients; Be open to on‑site and off‑site training sessions and work flexible hours to accommodate client needs. What You’ll Bring Excellent training delivery skills, able to tailor methods to different needs; Experience implementing software systems and understanding of business processes and workflows; Business acumen to provide clear guidance during implementation; Experience with data management; A professional, consultative approach; High-level organisational and time‑keeping skills, capable of managing multiple simultaneous implementations; Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver rapid outcomes; Confidence to adapt and learn new programs and systems; Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks; Knowledge of or experience in the trades (preferred).
