Quality Compliance Coordinator (1.0 FTE) Auckland Regional Dental Service (ARDS) Here’san opportunity to contribute to your own community! Are you looking to join a dynamic and supportive team which makes up New Zealand's largestChildrens Community Dental Service? The main purpose of the Quality Compliance Coordinator role is to coordinate and oversee quality, compliance, and regulatory systems acrossARDS, ensuring compliance with Dental Council standards, Australia/New Zealand standards, Ministry of Health Service Specifications, andTeWhatu Ora requirements. The role supports continuous quality improvement by managing compliance monitoring, audit programmes, implementation of regulatory changes, and thetimelyprovision of advice and guidance to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery. Experience in quality, compliance, audit, or governance activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience interpreting policies, standards, and legislation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to coordinate audits, reporting, and improvement activities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and reporting systems. A Full New Zealand Drivers License is essential.
