What is the opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our Operations & Fulfilment team based in Wiri, Auckland . This pivotal role is at the heart of our manufacturing and logistics operation, providing coordination and administrative support across the site while helping create a positive, productive and well‑organised workplace. You will be a trusted partner to site leadership and a key point of contact for employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers. No two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for coordinating site communications, supporting onboarding and induction activities, managing workplace services and vendors, producing reports and presentations, organising events, and ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day site operations. You will also play an important role in driving engagement and continuous improvement initiatives, helping bring to life key events such as Family Day and Stop for Suntory Days while supporting projects that improve the employee experience and operational performance. About you You are a highly organised, proactive and people‑focused coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You enjoy building strong relationships, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring Experience in administration, coordination or office support roles Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A collaborative approach and confidence working across different teams Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to take initiative Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or operational environment will be highly regarded, as will exposure to SAP, project coordination or change management activities.
