Clinical Business Analyst Assistant

The Allevia Hospitals' Procurement and Supply Chain team have a vacancy for a Clinical Business Analyst Assistant to support the Clinical Business Analyst and assist with pricing data management, TrakCare pricing updates, Rego P2P application support and development. This role combines hands‑on data input, management and analysis with oversight, ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates, reporting and support of Allevia Hospital’s analytics function. This role will be accountable for high‑quality data, reliable reporting, and actionable insights across clinical, operational, financial, and procurement/supply chain domains, supporting improved billing, cost management and reporting efficiency. Based primarily at the Procurement office at Allevia Hospital in Epsom and reporting to the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, this is a permanent part‑time position working 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE) and requires data management skills, in particular Microsoft Office, Rego P2P & E‑Procure skills, a solid customer service focus, high level of attention to detail, accuracy and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will bring these skills from a similar role in a hospital environment.
