Job Description
Location: Clutha District Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week (Tuesday – Thursday), with the opportunity for additional hours as required. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated Property Manager Support person to join our team. This is a varied role that provides support to our Property Manager while ensuring our landlords and tenants receive a high standard of service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, and can maintain strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine property inspections and complete detailed inspection reports. Prepare and send inspection reports to property owners. Assist with general administration, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Handle confidential information relating to tenant applications and housing documentation with professionalism and discretion. Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operational tasks. Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Assist with other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the property management team. About You The successful applicant will have: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. A professional, honest, and trustworthy approach. A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality. Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital systems. Experience with property management software may be an advantage but not essential. A current full New Zealand driver's licence. The flexibility to work additional hours when required. What We Offer Permanent employment with approximately 15 hours per week.
