About the Role We are looking for Casual and Part‑Time Personal Care Workers who are passionate about a person‑centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. We are offering both casual and permanent positions, with flexible hours and working arrangements. Hourly rate between $32.61 - $39.13 + salary packaging + 12% superannuation Weekend and night shifts available Not-for-profit salary packaging options of up to $15,900 tax free, plus $2,650 meals & entertainment card Paid overtime + annual leave with 17.5% leave loading An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family On‑site & online career development and programs Flexibility – range of shifts available to suit your lifestyle Award‑winning culture programmes Be a hero – be part of a rewarding not‑for‑profit organisation What you will do Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc. Clinical care such as medication support, basic dressings, wound care, measuring vital signs etc. Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities. Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals. Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts. Who are you and what will you bring? Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same) Unlimited working rights – we do not offer sponsorship Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients Experience in working in an aged care setting Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person‑centered approach to care Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills To learn more about us visit: https://www.bundaleer.org.au/ or email [email protected]. #J-18808-Ljbffr
