About the Role The primary purpose of the role is to provide regional leadership to the regional Moving & Handling Advisors, to drive deliverables by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely M&H support and practice across the region. The role will also promote and drive the strategic direction of the moving and handling function and further the development of moving and handling at local, regional and national levels. About You You are a registered health professional with a current annual practising certificate (where applicable). You are passionate about promoting safe practices and improving outcomes for both patients and staff. You have sound knowledge of moving and handling best practice within a healthcare setting and can confidently apply this in your day-to-day work. You also understand the principles of human factors in healthcare and use them to support safe, effective, and person-centred care. You are a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with others and are committed to fostering a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.
