Operations Team Member (Silverdale)

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Team Member to join our dynamic team in Silverdale. The role reports to the NZ Operations Team Leader and focuses on full support to our franchise network and O.E.M. customers, ensuring on‑time product supply and distribution across the country. Key Responsibilities Boapod assembly work Stock picking Hydraulic & industrial hose assembly Hose testing Cycle stock takes General warehousing duties Preparation of freight bookings Administration Quality checks Willingness to be trained in a variety of tasks Must‑Have Attributes Strong work ethic Verbal and written communication skills Self‑motivation and initiative Ability to meet deadlines Effective time management & organizational skills Mechanical / technical aptitude Sound computer skills Willingness to learn and be trained Knowledge of New Zealand workplace health and safety requirements Ability to work cohesively within a busy small team environment Mandatory Qualifiers Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand Must meet mandatory fitness levels (heavy lifting required) Must possess a clean full driver licence (preferable) Preferred Skills Elevator or forklift licence (ideal but not essential) Previous experience within the hose and fitting industry (preferred) Employment and Compensation Long‑term employment for the right candidates.
