Join our Customer Transformation team in Pōneke / Wellington as a Salesforce Technical Architect to architect innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value. As a key technical lead within a collaborative team, you will design and build robust solutions across the Salesforce platform, engaging with clients and senior stakeholders to solve complex challenges and deliver high‑impact digital experiences. You’ll have the chance to work across diverse industries, leveraging leading‑edge Salesforce technologies and collaborating closely with functional consultants, architects, and developers on end‑to‑end transformation projects powered by AI and innovation. Your day‑to‑day could include: Partnering with senior stakeholders across the full project lifecycle to ensure technical solutions align with strategic objectives. Designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce architectures encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Creating custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Building seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Collaborating closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and client teams to translate complex business requirements into practical technical designs. Leading solution design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployments leveraging DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues while optimizing Salesforce platform performance, security, and scalability. Championing technical governance, adherence to best practices, and continuous improvement across projects. Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance delivery speed, quality, and innovation. Mentoring and coaching consultants and technical team members to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Maintaining deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, integration technologies, and digital transformation trends to drive client innovation. Over 8 years of experience delivering complex Salesforce technical solutions in consulting and enterprise settings. Experienced in delivering within public sector environments, thriving under pressure, working autonomously, and accelerating project momentum. Highly valued experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS). Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio, Application Architect, Data Architect, or System Architect strongly preferred. Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Extensive hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other key Salesforce products. Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware platforms. Proven expertise in DevOps methodologies, version control, and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to expedite delivery, elevate customer experiences, and drive client value. Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
