Customer Service Representative | Permanent Part-Time | Palmerston North $28.20 per hour Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 22 hours per week 232 Ruahine Street, Roslyn, Palmerston North About the Role Working at our Palmerston North – Terrace End Retail Branch, our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers face to face. You will handle parcel pick up and drop off, assist customers with postage enquiries and NZTA transactions, and keep the shop running smoothly. The role requires lifting freight up to 25 kg and being on your feet for the entire shift. This busy and varied role will help you develop your problem‑solving skills.
