Team leadership and operations role with a property management twist! Join the team at UniLodge in managing front of house procedures. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join the team in Christchurch. Working with our halls of residence, you will be responsible for managing a small operations team, working together to manage daily operations, booking management and providing resident support to these students. ABOUT YOU Full-time position: 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday with ability to work after hours Manage the day-to-day administrative operations Recruit, manage and develop a team of high performing staff Build and maintain relationships with each key stakeholder group (students, family, University) Working with management and the University of Canterbury in relation to bookings Ongoing management of room inspections, and maintenance reporting Support front of house resident account and finance management Work with our facilities staff to maintain the hall to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation Prepare and provide any reports for senior management as requested Be an active member of the emergency response team What you’ll need to succeed Previous leadership experience in the accommodation industry Full and clean NZ Drivers license Experience with leasing and property managementExperience in a tertiary education and student support environment (highly regarded) Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve & manage conflict A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences NZ Police Vetting (required) WHY UNILODGE UniLodge specialise in student accommodation and have been an industry market leader since 1996.
