Department of Conservation (DOC) is seeking a Research Technician for a hands-on, field-based role on Rakiura Stewart Island to study the Critically Endangered Pukunui/Southern New Zealand Dotterel during the upcoming breeding season. The position focuses on extensive field surveys, nest monitoring, data collection and analysis, nest camera setup, and leading field trips.
