As a Rapport Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest and client experiences across multiple sites. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role focused on creating memorable arrival and interaction experiences, supporting day‑to‑day operations, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and the overall workplace environment. Deliver a consistent five‑star reception and guest experience , ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, acknowledged, and supported. Act as the central point of contact for guests, hosts, and contractors, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and ongoing communication. Maintain a strong understanding of building layouts, amenities, and events to confidently assist guests and clients. Support meetings, events, and hospitality services, including room setups, basic IT assistance and VIP coordination when required. Proactively identify service improvements, manage guest queries or concerns, and ensure all spaces are presented at the highest standard. You are a naturally warm, professional, and upbeat team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or guest services , ideally in a premium or corporate environment. Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, booking systems, and visitor management systems . Flexible, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to support across sites and departments as business needs change.
