Job Description

About the role As a Senior Analyst Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our department uses data to make smarter decisions. This is more than just building dashboards; it’s about creating meaningful, actionable insights that empower teams across the organisation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Developing and optimising data ingestion pipelines, primarily using Microsoft Fabric. Creating data models, bringing together multiple sources into an interrogable and scalable constellation model with SCD‑2 dimensionality. Supporting frontend developers delivering advanced Power BI dashboards and other analytics. Developing a deep understanding of how the business works, both strategically and operationally, and ensuring our data reflects the reality it describes. Driving continuous improvement in data processes and governance. Skills and experience Expertise in modern data architecture and Microsoft Fabric, with experience in enterprise‑scale environments. Strong SQL and data modelling skills, including performance tuning and integration of multiple data sources. Proficiency in data ingestion and ETL processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow. Advanced Power BI development, including DAX, complex measures, and building insightful dashboards. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across teams, with an understanding of how data and analytics drive performance. Benefits The midpoint of the salary range is $131,914 per annum and the full range (85‑120%) is $112,127‑$158,297 per annum.
