Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities has a fixed-term, on-site MOC Coordinator role based in Manukau, Auckland. You will manage high-volume maintenance requests, coordinate across contractors and internal teams, and keep work flowing with accurate allocations and timely processing. You'll oversee shared inboxes, validate requests, contribute to dashboards and reporting, and help embed new processes.
