Night Shift Operations Supervisor

Overview Join Fulton Hogan as a Night Shift Operations Supervisor and play a key role in delivering night works that keep roads safer and infrastructure running when it matters most. You will lead from the front, coordinate people and plant, and ensure that good work gets done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Supervise a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors and the public across all our sites Assist in coordination of resources to safely and efficiently complete planned work Supervise operations in a profitable and efficient manner while ensuring the highest quality standards Provide onsite leadership and decision making where applicable Deliver effective service and interact with customers and employees Operate plant and engage in practical operations regularly Work alongside roading crews assisting with operations Contribute to additional duties or projects as reasonably requested Qualifications Minimum Class2 licence including WTR endorsements Hands‑on approach in operations experience Proven experience in leading and supervising Experience in a mobile plant environment Ability to communicate clear expectations to the team Accountability for resources, including people management and supply allocation Can‑do attitude and problem‑solving skills Flexible for night shift hours Unwavering commitment to safety with a matching safety record Benefits Medical insurance and life insurance after the eligibility period KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones, up to7% Parental leave top‑up payment with additional return‑to‑work support Ongoing training and development with clear career growth and progression opportunities Great discounts at a wide range of retailers #J-18808-Ljbffr
