We're seeking an inspiring Libraries Team Leader - Community & Culture to lead a passionate team delivering programmes, events and services that make a genuine difference to our communities. You'll help shape experiences that support literacy, lifelong learning, digital inclusion, youth engagement, cultural connection and community wellbeing across the district. In this role you will: Lead and mentor a dedicated team focused on exceptional community experiences. Build meaningful partnerships with community groups and aligned partners across our district and beyond. Champion future-focused, inclusive services that reach and engage diverse and under-served communities. Support innovative programmes that empower rangatahi, strengthen community connections and celebrate culture. Help shape the future direction of our beloved libraries in a growing district. We're looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about people, community impact and the evolving role of public libraries in creating stronger, more connected communities.
