Our Personal Banking Product & Pricing team is growing, and we're investing further in how we manage pricing risk, governance and controls across our pricing portfolios. As our capability continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Manager - Risk & Governance to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to influence how pricing decisions are governed, helping ensure strong customer outcomes while balancing commercial priorities and risk management. As Senior Pricing Manager - Risk & Governance, you'll provide end-to-end ownership of pricing risk, governance and control frameworks across Personal Banking. You'll be responsible for ensuring pricing models, decisions and processes are well-controlled, compliant and aligned with ASB's governance standards. You'll act as a trusted adviser across Pricing, Risk, Compliance and Product teams, helping identify, manage and improve pricing governance practices while supporting business objectives. Key responsibilities Managing pricing governance frameworks, policies and controls. Monitoring and managing pricing risk incidents and control weaknesses. Leading risk investigations, root cause analysis and remediation activities. Providing governance and risk advice on pricing initiatives and decisions. Partnering with Risk, Compliance, Finance and Product Governance teams. Maintaining governance documentation, standards and evidence. Supporting assurance reviews, audits and governance activities. Driving continuous improvement across pricing governance and control processes. We're looking for someone who can confidently navigate both pricing and risk environments. What do I need to be successful? You'll bring: Experience in pricing, risk, governance or control-related roles. Strong understanding of governance frameworks, controls and risk management practices. Experience managing incidents, issues, remediation activities or assurance processes. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across senior levels. Sound judgement and the ability to balance customer, commercial and risk considerations. A structured, organised and continuous improvement mindset. The ability to confidently manage work across multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated environments would be highly regarded.
