About the role We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Services Divisional Manager to lead a portfolio of critical internal service businesses that support the successful delivery of Fulton Hogan’s operations. This diverse leadership role provides the opportunity to lead Canterbury’s Traffic Management Division, our national Signs business, and a range of internal service functions including Engineering, Workshop Services, and our Internal Hire Business. The final scope of responsibility will be aligned to the successful candidate’s experience, capability, and background, with some or all of these business units reporting into the role. Key responsibilities Lead the safe, efficient and commercially sound performance of the division across all operations. Drive divisional business plans, budgets, capex and performance targets in line with the wider regional plan. Oversee operational delivery across the business units to ensure quality work, strong service and reliable support to internal customers. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors. Lead and develop teams across the division, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and Good Work every day. Qualifications Senior management experience in complex operational environments with responsibility for people, performance and service delivery. Strong financial and asset management capability, with experience leading budgets, business plans and performance outcomes. Proven ability to lead, coach and grow diverse teams while building strong relationships across the business. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, with a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Proven ability to think strategically, set direction and turn plans into action across multiple business units.
