About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Trade Sales Support team member to join our Trade Department at Mitre 10 MEGA Marlborough. Trade is an important part of our business, and you’ll help ensure we remain a trusted partner and supplier to the building and construction industry across the Marlborough region. Working closely with our Trade Account Managers and Sales Representatives, you’ll provide exceptional service to trade and DIY customers - helping them find the right products, quantities and solutions to complete their projects successfully. You’ll also provide support across the Trade Yard and Checkouts as required, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for every customer. What You’ll Bring Experience within the building or construction industry would be an advantage Strong computer and administrative skills A process-driven and well-organised approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn all aspects of our Trade business A customer-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service Reliability, punctuality and honesty A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week and may include one weekend day.
