Massage Therapist/housekeeper

HANMER SPRINGS - OUTDOOR ADVENTURE, THERMAL POOLS AND SPA TOURIST TOWN - NORTH CANTERBURY - 4-6 MONTHS - START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - STAFF ACCOMMODATION - MINIMUM 30 HOURS A WEEK - ALL ROUNDER Spend some time in this awesomesub-alpine thermal pools and spa tourist town, where the mountains are close, the air is clear and where there are great walks, hiking, nature and outdoor activities. We are looking for an experienced and qualified massage therapist to provide a high standard of massage and body treatments to clients, at a luxury hotel, a few kilometers from the town. You would also be helping with housekeeping and in the restaurant to make up the hours. You will need previous experience in a range of massage techniques and be competent with a range of spa and beauty treatments, including Swedish and therapeutic massage. You will provide an environment which actively encourages relaxation. You will also need a reasonable level of spoken English. The position is a minimum of 4 months, although longer is preferred. Commence as soon as possible. On-site accommodation is available at a reasonable cost in a staff house. You will have your own furnished room/ensuite, but share other facilities with other staff. You will be a New Zealander/resident or hold a relevant working holiday visa or an open work visa to be eligible for this position.
