About the Role We are seeking a passionate Māori Registered Nurse to join our Kaiārahi Nāhi Adult Health team at Te Toka Tumai. With a focus on advocacy and the delivery of high-quality care, our Kaiārahi Nāhi use their clinical expertise to manaaki whānau Māori throughout their healthcare journey. You will be part of a supportive Māori Health network dedicated to achieving equitable and positive health outcomes for whānau Māori. About you A current New Zealand Nursing Council practising certificate and a commitment to improving health outcomes for whānau Māori 35 years experience in community and/or hospital settings Strong relationship-building skills with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues, and the confidence to contribute in leadership forums A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving equitable change The ability to facilitate whakawhanaungatanga and form strong, meaningful connections with whānau that acknowledge, protect, and enhance their mana About the location For more information on living and working in Auckland click here .
