About the role Seasonal casual team members are the face of Bunnings, delivering a friendly, helpful experience to every visitor. From greeting customers to guiding them through the store, you’ll help bring their DIY projects to life. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the store. Assist customers with product advice and solutions. Maintain an orderly, clean workspace and manage stock efficiently. Serve customers or operate checkout registers with a positive attitude. Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment. Qualifications and requirements Passion for customer experience, energy, and enthusiasm. Strong interpersonal skills; confident interacting with customers. Willingness to learn about products and services across the store. Integrity, safety focus and a commitment to doing your best.
