Sales Operations Lead

As a Sales Operations Lead based at the Dunedin Hub, you'll be the key link between our global markets and New Zealand-based operations, ensuring customer requirements are delivered while supporting Silver Fern Farms' broader sales and growth strategies. Working closely with in-market teams, customers, logistics, production scheduling, and sales leadership, you'll coordinate day-to-day sales execution, manage customer communications, and help deliver exceptional service across your designated market portfolio. You'll be responsible for analysing pricing and margins, supporting commercial decision-making, coordinating supply chain requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes. You'll also contribute to market development initiatives, new product opportunities, and strategic growth activities that strengthen Silver Fern Farms' position in market.
