Job Description We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to create engaging and on‑brand designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a good understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics. Key Responsibilities Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, ads, and internal communications Create and edit short‑form videos (reels, shorts, promos, explainers) Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets Collaborate with content, marketing, and HR teams to translate ideas into visuals Edit raw footage, add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and basic animations Optimize designs and videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing Proficient in giving prompts and using AI tools such as Flow, Gemini, etc. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools like Figma/Canva for design Strong understanding of design fundamentals (color, layout, typography) Basic motion graphics and video storytelling skills Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly Portfolio showcasing both design and video work Experience creating content for social media platforms Basic knowledge of branding and marketing principles Familiarity with trends in digital content and short‑form video Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary package with performance‑based bonus Paid annual leaves, leave encashment on annual leaves Educational assistance for skills enhancement Location : Wapda Town, Lahore Working Days : Monday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
