Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager – Real Estate Management Location: Auckland CBD office. We are looking for a motivated graduate to assist a team of Property Managers on a portfolio of retail properties in the Auckland region and provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities Assist Property Managers with portfolio management of retail and shopping centre properties in the Auckland region. Ensure assigned properties are maintained effectively. Assist with rent reviews, lease supervision, and implementing leasing strategies. Prepare budgets and monthly client reports. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Support strategic decisions in cooperation with individual owners. Provide administrative support to Directors in the team. Qualifications Bachelor of Property Services preferred. REA Salesperson’s certificate or willingness to obtain. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong client‑focus and relationship building skills. Strong presentation skills. Self‑motivated and deadline‑focused. Diligent and conscientious.
