As part of Process Development, you will join our team of 100 engineers with varying skills and expertise. Through collaboration and ingenuity, we design and implement the process solutions and manufacturing lines that bring our products to life. Our engineers work alongside other mechanical, moulding and control engineers to develop and implement purpose‑built manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities Collaboration with product development teams to ensure process capability and design for manufacture. Engaging with operations engineers and production stakeholders to refine process requirements and designs. Design, prototype, test and commission assembly processes, ranging from manual assembly jigs to automated process solutions. Prove out CAD designs and see them through to operational production solutions. Documentation to ensure quality manufacturing, including capturing equipment performance, creating operating and technical manuals, and maintaining quality through risk management systems. About You We’re seeking driven, analytical and communicative engineers with at least two years of industry experience. If you’re a dynamic problem solver with a background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field and bring at least three years of relevant industry experience, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
