We're looking for an organised, energetic, and customer-focused Administrator Officer to join our Queenstown office. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a busy environment, and love solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of our operation, helping customers while ensuring our drivers have the information they need to deliver exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Processing skip bin and waste collection bookings
• Managing customer enquiries and finding practical solutions
• Keeping accurate records and updating operational systems
• Working closely with the wider AllWaste team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Supporting general administration and office functions

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can stay calm and organised when things get busy.

You'll bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence working with computer systems and administrative processes
• The ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail

Previous experience in administration, customer service, dispatch, logistics, transport, or scheduling would be advantageous, but attitude and enthusiasm are just as important.
