Greater Wellington is seeking an Application Support Engineer to serve as the go‑to for Level 2 and 3 support across multiple business systems. You’ll triage incidents and requests, directing them to the appropriate resolver groups to keep systems reliable and available. You’ll work with the Service Desk, ICT delivery teams and vendors, helping to make SLAs visible and driving improvements through automation, documentation and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
