Roles Available We are looking for an enthusiastic Manufacturing All-Rounder to join a busy workshop team. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of agricultural equipment Welding and fabrication work (where experience permits) Drilling, cutting, and preparing materials Assembling mechanical components and finished products Reading and following technical drawings and instructions Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment Supporting other workshop activities as required What You Need A good attitude and strong work ethic Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools Experience with welding, drilling, fabrication, or assembly work is advantageous Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliability and willingness to learn new skills Previous manufacturing, engineering, or workshop experience is beneficial but not essential What’s in It for You Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to develop valuable engineering and manufacturing skills Variety in your day-to-day work Supportive team environment Potential for long‑term career growth Weekly pay and all employment entitlements PPE provided where required If you’re mechanically minded, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a team building quality farming equipment, apply today.
