About the Role Senior Product Manager on the Home Lending Product team. Ensures products, policies, and processes are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose while delivering strong customer and commercial outcomes. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Drive product performance by monitoring metrics and ensuring products remain fit for purpose. Identify emerging risks and lead actions to strengthen the control environment. Lead remediation activity to resolve issues and deliver positive customer outcomes. Review and enhance product processes to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness. Lead and develop the team, building capability and a strong, values‑led culture.
