Job Description
Auckland Council’s ICT Support Services team is seeking a Field Support Analyst to deliver hands-on, end-to-end ICT support to staff across multiple sites. The role is primarily based at one hub with occasional travel to other Council sites. You will provide first and second line support across desktop, mobile, tablet and AV technologies, troubleshooting issues and supporting projects. On-site availability is required with a rostered start between 7:30am and 5:30pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
