New Era Technology Inc. is seeking an on-site IT helpdesk professional in East Auckland to be the first point of contact for IT-related issues within the education sector. You will interact face-to-face with users, manage a ticketing queue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems. Travel between sites is required.
