Customer Service Coordinator l Full Time l Student Accommodation l Customer Service & Assist Property Management l Auckland, NZ We are seeking a Full‑time Customer Service Coordinator to assist with customer service, property management tasks, administration and leasing of our student apartments at Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation, Auckland. This role is a unique mix of front‑office reception, property management, and customer service and will give you a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supported learning environment. About the Role Full‑time, 40 hours per week across a Monday to Saturday rotating roster. Operate the day‑to‑day front desk reception area. Assist with the ongoing property management of our student apartments. Undertake administration and reporting tasks for the property. Handle leasing duties and facilitate rent arrears collection. Conduct room inspections. Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs, and overall well‑being. Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security, etc. Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times. Other Responsibilities Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience. Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall well‑being. Take initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and well‑being and escalating as needed. Coordinate and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.). About You Resilient, motivated, and hands‑on. Has a genuine focus and passion in delivering outstanding customer service and a "we care" approach. Good computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Background in hospitality would be advantageous. Experience in a university environment (desirable). Experience with property management systems (highly regarded). Be culturally aware and have an understanding of different cultures. Police vetting (must be willing to obtain).
