Mō Te Tūranga – About The Role We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team permanently working 25‑30 hours per week. You will work as part of an Enliven team in a peer‑supported environment, where everyone wants to deliver great quality care to our residents and ensure they have a positive experience whilst living in our home. In This Role You Will Provide daily living and care support to our elders. Encourage independence and resident‑led decision making. Deliver high‑quality, individualised support. Follow and encourage all health and safety practices and procedures. Work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse team. Ensure resident needs are met effectively and in a timely manner. Mō Koe – About You As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect, and operate with a person‑centred approach and high care standards. Whether you are spending time with staff or residents, it’s all about how we communicate with each other and how we get the job done. Mō Koe – About You (Requirements) Have a Level 2 or higher Health and Wellbeing Certificate. Passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older people. Patient, organised, and a strong team player. Good verbal communication and documentation skills. Comfortable using a computer and keeping digital records.
