Working with Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand This role is part of Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. What you'll do Lead Inventory & Production Accuracy: Conduct audits, finalize production plans (Meat & Bakery), ensure ticketing accuracy, and collaborate on online order fulfillment to minimize discrepancies. Optimise Replenishment & Presentation: Prioritise stock replenishment, ensure proper rotation and high-standard merchandising, focusing on fresh food, essentials, and promotions. Champion Freshness & Visual Merchandising: Oversee fresh stock quality, production alignment, planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, and campaign execution to enhance customer experience. Drive Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Provide guidance to teams, resolve escalated issues, and conduct health checks to continuously improve functional performance. Contribute to Store Leadership & Team Collaboration: Act as Acting Store Manager when scheduled and actively participate in team collaboration initiatives. Ability to work four weekend shifts consisting of at least 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month and at least one evening each week (until at least store closure).
