Key Responsibilities: Assist the daily operations of the liquor, chilled and frozen departments Maintaining high standards of product presentation and merchandising Upholding all Food Health & Safety requirements Assist with stock ordering, inventory control, and minimising waste Driving sales while achieving gross profit and wage budgets Delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction Identifying opportunities to grow and innovate within the departments Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Qualifications: Previous supervisor or management role preferred. Experience with SAP. Strong knowledge of the Sale of Liquor Act and other regulations. Forklift / Reach truck experience preferred.li> Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. General knowledge of wine and beer would be advantageous.
