Talent Acquisition Summer Internship 2026/2027

Overview ZURU Group invites motivated students to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Intern for the summer of 2026–2027. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment, contributing to real projects across our global teams. The program includes a two‑day induction, regular learning sessions with business leaders, content creation opportunities, and social events. Duration Mid November 2026 – Mid February 2027 Responsibilities As an intern, you will: Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions. Support interview coordination and logistic planning with hiring managers. Engage with leaders to understand hiring needs and contribute to talent planning. Help with candidate communication and interview feedback documentation. Participate in initiatives that enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience. Experience and Skills Current study in a relevant field or recent graduate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
